Year 10 fee alone: $2,327
Short form. Takes about 2 minutes.
Estimate only. Uses your number and the yearly increase you pick. Special assessments are not included. Actual fees are set by each resort.
Two ways owners handle the fees
Many owners list their timeshare with a resale company. Here is how each option works.
List it for sale
If it sells, the new owner takes over the yearly fees going forward. You set the asking price.
Start a sale listingRent out your week
Keep the ownership and rent out weeks you won't use. Rental income can help cover the fees.

- A resale team reaches out and explains your listing options.
- You decide whether to list it for sale, for rent, or not at all.
Common questions
Does it matter if I own points or a week?
No. Fixed weeks, floating weeks and points can all be listed. The form asks which one you have.
Do I have to list after filling out the form?
No. The form starts the conversation. Any fees or terms are explained by the resale company before you agree to anything.
Is a sale guaranteed?
No. Results depend on the resort, demand and your asking price. Listing puts your timeshare in front of buyers and renters.
